Yes, you’ll receive a name badge at registration. Badges must be worn and be visible during the whole event, and it will be required to access event areas within the venue. Replacement badges will require a payment of £50 cash and may be subject to a photo ID check. Card payments cannot be accepted.

The closest tube stations are Piccadilly Circus (5 min walk) or Charing Cross (7 min walk).
A cloakroom will be available throughout the day for coats, bags and a small quantity of hand luggage.
Yes, a prayer room is available on the lower ground floor. Please ask a venue staff member for access.

Food and drinks will be provided throughout the day and we will be able to accommodate most dietary requirements. Attendees should have received an email requesting dietary and special requirement information.
